Coaching swimmers with purpose
Siarhei holds a bachelor’s degree in Physical Training with a sport specialisation. His work combines technical swimming education, long-term athlete development, race preparation and team leadership.
He began coaching in Belarus and joined SpeediSwim Aquatic Centre in Singapore in 2012. After working across learn-to-swim and competitive programmes, he became Head Coach of the competitive groups in 2018.
His practical experience as an athlete, educator and coach guides the learning resources and analysis tools developed for AnalysisSwim. He created and built the platform, develops its structure and features, and prepares its swimming education and race analysis content.
